Step 1: Go to Topline.com
Open your preferred browser and go to the Topline.com home page.
Step 2: Go to Shortlist
Click on the Shortlist option from the left side menu.
Step 3: Click on Add New Contacts
On your shortlist view, click on the Add New Contacts button to start adding professionals to your shortlist.
Step 4: Select Invite to Apply
To invite professionals to your shortlist, select the invite to apply option.
Step 5: Enter professional email
In the empty box, enter the professional's email you want to invite.
Step 6: Invitation Email
Your receivers will get an invitation email like this on their Inbox. If they can't find them there, ask them to check their Spam folder.
Step 7: Click on Click here
Your applicants have to click on the Click here button that is inside the invite email.
Step 8: Complete Topline Profile
They will be taken to the Topline Profile Creation view, where they can start the process to complete their profile.
