Step 1: Go to topline.com
On your preferred browser, go to the topline.com home page.
Step 2: Click on Shortlist
Select the Shorlist option from the left side menu.
Step 3: Select your Shortlist
On the upper side of the Shortlist view, select the Shortlist you want to share the link externally.
Step 4: Click on Add New Contacts
Look for the Add New Contacts button on the upper right corner of the selected shortlist view, and click on it.
Step 5: Select Share Invite Link
Look for the Share Invite Link option on the pop up window.
Step 6: Click on Copy Link
Click on the Copy Link button to share the invite link with applicants/professionals.
Step 7: Get Started View
The invite link will take your applicants to this view, by clicking on Get Started they can start creating their Topline account.
