How to delete a contact from a shortlist

Step 1: Go to topline.com and Click on Shortlist

Using your preferred browser go to the topline.com home page and then, on the left side menu, click on Shortlist.

Step 2: Select your Shortlist

From the dropdown, select the shortlist where you want to delete contacts.

Step 3: Select Contact to delete

On the shortlist view. select the contact you want to delete.

Step 4: Click on Trash Icon

Once selected, go to the trash icon and click on it.

Step 5: Check Before You Do

A pop up window will appear, asking to check your action. If you are not sure of deleting the contact from your shortlist, click on Cancel.

Step 6: Click on Remove

If you are sure that's the candidate you want to delete, click on Remove.

Step 7: Contact Deleted

The contact will be deleted from the shortlist, and will no longer appear on it.
