Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox Tab
Open your web browser and go to the Topline portal's inbox page. This is where you will find all your messages.
Step 2: Click your Inbox
When you click on the name in your inbox, you'll be taken to the message body, where you can read and reply.
Step 3: View Your Message
The details of the specific message will be displayed here.
Step 4: Interact with the Message
You can use this tab to reply and send messages.
